Business Opportunities

As I've mentioned in several areas of this website, I'm a reformed business opportunity "junkie". Over the last 11 or so years I've tried almost every kind of business opportunity, get rich quick scheme and moneymaking program you can think of... everything from MLM, cheesy book distributorships, Brad Richdale's IMALL, Don Lapre's 'Making Money' to Carlton Sheets No Money Down. I've literally spent upwards of $50,000 of my hard earned money on dozens of programs, systems and courses.

For all my efforts over the years, nothing seemed to fit or work for me. Does any of this sound familiar?

Take a look at the list I've put together below. Have you ordered courses and business "startup" packages that deliver a lot of hype and very little in the results category. Maybe you have or maybe you haven't, but I can tell you this… I've been through the mill of moneymaking opportunities and nothing is as powerful and life changing as the legitimate business opportunities you will find in our WHO's WHO TOP 10 LIST, TOP TOOLS and other areas of Marketing-Register.com.

Yes, there are a few other home businesses (other than direct marketing and Internet marketing) that the "small guy" can be successful with, but nothing comes close to the leverage, the small amounts of risk and the upside financial potential of targeted Direct Marketing!

This may sound kind of strange, but I'm fairly certain I know why you visited this website. It's probably because you are trying to break free from the "rat race" and increase the amount of money and independence that you have in your life. Isn't that what everyone really wants. Of course it is.

Here's a sampling of some the various categories & examples of so-called "turnkey" Businesses Opportunities:

• Advertising and Promotion (e.g. selling "premium" products)
• Auditing & Cost Control Services (e.g. auditing utility bills for businesses)
• Building Services & Maintenance (e.g. Spray-on roofing sealers)
• Business Services (e.g. secret shopper service for retail stores)
• Food Related (food products and food services distributorships)
• Fitness and Wellness (e.g.
• Health Products & Services (e.g. vitamins, weight loss products etc.)
• Home Maintenance & Services (e.g. chimney sweep or home inspector)
• Internet & e-Commerce (e.g. turnkey web site retail stores)
• Multilevel Marketing / MLM (products & services sold through network marketing)
• Novelty products (e.g. imprinted t-shirts, mugs, signs, banners etc.)
• Photography & Video (e.g. Video transfer service, aerial photography via mini-blimps, etc.)
• Real Estate (e.g. Carlton Sheets No Money Down)
• Vending Carts & Vending Machines (e.g. "Wheels of Gold")
• Wholesale Distributorships (e.g. sell gold chains by the inch)

You'll find the above business opportunities and dozens more like them in magazines like "Business Opportunities", "Income Opportunities" and "Entrepreneur". You'll also see a lot of this stuff pushed by hard-sell TV gurus and seminar gurus. Be very careful of the TV gurus and seminar circuits, especially the ones that are charging $995 to 10,000 for their "opportunity". The majority of these companies are just out to take your hard earned money and you end up selling crap with 100,000 other suckers that bought into the sales pitch.

As you've probably figured out by now, I am not a big fan of these types of opportunities. Some of them are cheap but many of them are expensive and too costly for the average person out there that just wants an "honest" business they can start part time.

There is a much better way, much cheaper way and more effective way to start your own business. The way is Internet marketing!
